Care
We build these to still feel good when they're old and battered. Here's how to get them there.
- Wash cold, inside out. Cold water is kinder to the print and to the colour.
- Wash with similar colours. Garment-dyed fabric releases a little dye in the first wash or two.
- Tumble dry low, or hang it up. Heat is what kills prints and shrinks cotton.
- Don't iron the print. Iron around it, or inside out on a low setting.
- No bleach, no dry cleaning.
Garment-dyed fabric softens and fades slightly with wear. That's the point — it should look better in year two than in week one.
