Terms of Sale

This site is operated by Diego Costa, trading as LGYMBTQ, of 15 Sheas Court, Dublin D07 EC90, Ireland. You can reach us at spot@lgymbtq.com.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean LGYMBTQ, and "you" means the person placing the order.

Using this site

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Orders

Adding items and entering your payment details is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may decline an order — if an item is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, if we can't verify payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after you've paid, you get a full refund straight away.

Prices

All prices are in euro and include any applicable VAT. Shipping is free.

We do our best to price accurately. If an obvious error slips through, we'll contact you before processing and you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Prices can change at any time, but never after you've placed an order.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Your bank statement will show LGYMBTQ.

Delivery

See our shipping page for times and destinations. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

See our returns page. You have a 30-day right to cancel — more than the 14 days the law requires — and separate legal rights if the goods are faulty.

Product descriptions

We describe every garment as accurately as we can. Composition, weight and fit are stated on the product page, and the photographs are of the actual product.

Screens vary, so colours may look slightly different in person. Garment-dyed fabric also varies a little from batch to batch. That's a property of the dye process, not a fault.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and photography on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright. You're buying a garment, not a licence to the artwork. Don't reproduce, resell or reprint our designs.

Our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Things outside our control

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — postal disruption, supplier failure, extreme weather and the like. We'll tell you, and offer a refund if it drags on.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country and you may bring proceedings there.

Email spot@lgymbtq.com. We reply within one working day, and we'd much rather fix something than argue about it.
