- A problem with your order — include your order number and we'll find it in seconds
- Returns and refunds — you have 30 days, and the Returns page has the details
- Something arrived faulty, misprinted or just wrong — send a photo, we'll replace or refund it, and we pay the postage
- Sizing before you buy — the Size guide has the flat measurements, but ask if you're between sizes and we'll tell you straight
- Anything else at all
How fast
One working day. If you haven't heard back in two, email again — that means something went wrong on our end, not yours.
