Shipping is free. Every order, every destination, no minimum. The price you see is the price you pay.

Where we ship

Ireland, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

How long it takes

Every tee is printed for you after you order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That means two stages:

• Printing and packing: 2 to 5 business days
• Delivery: 3 to 7 business days
• Typically 5 to 12 business days in total

Those are estimates from our print partner, not guarantees. Christmas, customs and couriers all have opinions of their own.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link when it ships.

More than one item

Everything in one order ships together, in one parcel.

Taxes and duties

Orders to Ireland and the EU ship from inside the EU. No customs charges, no import VAT, nothing to pay at the door.

UK orders may attract import VAT or a handling fee depending on the value of the order and current UK rules. Any such charge is set by UK customs, not by us, and is the recipient's to pay.

If it doesn't arrive

Give it a couple of days past the estimate — parcels reappear more often than you'd think. If it's genuinely lost, email spot@lgymbtq.com with your order number and we'll replace it. You won't be out of pocket.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you give us at checkout. If it's wrong, email spot@lgymbtq.com immediately. If we catch it before it prints, we can fix it for free. Once it's shipped, a re-send is a new order.
