Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. Send it back unworn and unwashed and we'll refund you in full.

If something's wrong with it — a fault, a misprint, the wrong item or the wrong size in the box — that's on us. We'll replace it or refund it, and we pay the postage.

Changed your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. You don't have to give us a reason.

To start a return, email spot@lgymbtq.com with your order number and we'll reply with the return address.

The item has to come back unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it. Try it on the way you would in a shop.

Return postage is yours to pay. Use a tracked service — until it reaches us it's your parcel, and we can't refund something that never arrives.

Your refund goes back to the card you paid with, in full, within 14 days of us receiving the item. Usually much faster.

Something's wrong with it

If your order arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged, or it's simply not what you ordered, email spot@lgymbtq.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo.

We'll sort it — a replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer — and we pay the postage. You may not even need to send it back. We'll tell you.

None of this affects your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality for up to two years from delivery. Those rights sit alongside everything on this page, not instead of it.

Ordered the wrong size

Send it back under the 30-day window and order the right one. We don't do direct swaps — a fresh order is faster than a two-way exchange, and you're not left waiting on us.

Check the size guide before you order. Both weights run S to 3XL and they're cut differently, so the same letter means a different garment.

What we can't take back

• Anything worn or washed
• Anything returned after 30 days
• Anything that arrives back damaged because it wasn't packed properly
